Below are the instructions to connect all computers in your office to your live database:

     1.    There are two ways to convert from the demo database to your live database. If you are at the login screen you can just hold down the CTRL and ALT keys on your keyboard then hit the 'R' button to reset the InsurancePro. There will be a window that comes up to reset InsurancePro. After you click on Yes, InsurancePro will close. After you try opening it again you will be asked to connect to your database. You can now continue to Step 4.

2.       If you are already logged into the Demo Database (a way to tell which database you are in is looking at the top of the InsurancePro window and looking at the Agency Account#. If it is all 9's then you are in the Demo Database.) click on END ONLINE DEMO AND CONNECT TO LIVE SYSTEM from the Main Menu Welcome screen.

3.       Click on Yes in the End Demo box.

4.       Select Connect to Your Database on the Setup InsurancePro Database screen.

5.       Your Sales Rep or Tech Support Rep will provide you with your account # and unique ID.  Enter these in the Account ID and Unique ID entry fields as shown below, then click on OK.

 6.   Click on Done and End.   

 7.  Repeat these steps on all of the computers in your office.
