Question / Issue
How do set up the program to have the selection to add a secondary agent to a policy?

Answer / Solution
  1. At the top left of the screen click on File/Options/Configuration.
    •    
  2. From the General section locate the setting Allow secondary agents on policies and turn it On.
    •   
  3. Once you have made this selection, click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen. 
  4. Now when you open any policy, you will have an option to select a Secondary Agent.
