How do I modify and existing custom letter that I created? |

- From the Agency Tools section on the lower left side of the screen, click on Mail Center.
- The Mail Center Options screen will appear.
- Highlight the letter you would like to modify and then click on the Edit button at the bottom of the screen.
- Once the letter appears, make your changes and then click on Save at top left of the screen.
- The Save Letter screen will come up and display the Description and File Name of the letter. If you want to keep the original copy, then change the file name for the changes that you made.
- Once you have completed the changes and saved the letter, click on Close at the top of the screen to exit.
