Can I pass the UTM parameters for Google Analytics ? |
Answer / Solution |
What are UTM parameters? UTM parameters are a few pieces of code that go on the end of a URL to track the traffic from a certain source. For example, if you want to see how many people come from a certain campaign or source (such as a link from another site or a particular paid search campaign), you can add these parameters to the end of the URL you’re sending people to through that campaign. You don’t create these parameters in Google Analytics (Google actually has a separate UTM code builder tool), but Analytics can track each of these sets of parameters to see how effective each campaign is. Yes, TurboRater for Websites would ignore any extra parameters included in the URL. |
