Status Options for Users

• Active
• Disabled
• Locked Out - User tried to login too many times with an incorrect password (unlocks in 5 minutes)

Agency or Location Admin can edit this setting by:

1.     Click on List Users in the Administration menu

2.     Edit the user you wish to unlock

3.     Change dropdown Status

4.     Click the Submit button at the bottom of the box to save and close this screen.
