To Un-Delete quotes:

NOTE: You must have Agency Admin access to make this change.

1. Go to the Administration menu and select Un-Delete Quotes.
2. Select the Line of Business from the Insurance Line dropdown and then select your state from the Product dropdown list.
3. Click on the List Quotes button.
4. All of the quotes you deleted in the past 30 days will display in this list (unless they have been previously un-deleted).
5. Select the quotes you want to recover by clicking in the box next to the quote name.  If you want to un-delete all quotes and want to select them all, then click in the Select/Unselect All Quotes box at the top of the list. 
6. Once your selections have been made, click on the Un-Delete Selected Quotes button on the right side of the screen.
7. You will be asked to confirm the un-delete of the quotes by clicking on OK.
8. You will receive a confirmation message that the un-delete process has completed and will tell you how many quotes were un-deleted.
9. To close this screen, click on the Exit Administration button.
