	- Access Preferences by clicking on your name in the top right corner and 
	selecting Preferences from the drop down menu.
 
	- Click on Agency
 
	- Click on Quote Entry, change Make Email Address a Required Entry to YES
 
	- Click on Save and then Close to apply new setting
 
 
When Email Address is set a Required Entry, users will be forced to enter 1 
of the following 3 entries on every quote: 
	- A valid email address
 
	- No Email, or 
 
	- Customer Declined
