To submit a bind request for an MGA, please follow these steps:

1. Rate the quote in question.
   
   
   
2. Click Select to go to the quote Breakdown page.
   
   
   If you get a warning pop-up, read the information, and click on the green OK button to continue.
   
3. Select Forms on the tool bar.
   
   
   
4. Click on Company Application.
   
   
   
5. Verify and enter all the necessary information, such as a Drivers License # or lien holder information.
   
   
   
6. Click on the Print/Preview Application button.
   
   
   
7. Click on Submit Bind Request.
   
   
   
   
8. Here, you can set who the email goes to, attach any related files that may be needed, CC another person if needed, and write a message to go along with the emailed form.
   
   
   

Now, the quote has been submitted for binding.
