What settings should be used for Applied Systems Bridges - v7.1, v9 & v10 and Epic? |
Answer / Solution |
Applied has 2 main bridge listings in TurboRater, plus another that is labelled Epic. To be able to bridge back and forth you must start in Applied Systems. This rule is for all versions.

Epic Settings:
To activate the bridge to TurboRater on the Epic or TAM side, the agent will need to email Applied Real Time Support at tsrequests@appliedsystems.com. Applied should have this change made and email the agent back within 24 hours. This will activate TurboRater as an option in the Applied Real Time menu. The last step is to create the INTDATA folder on ALL PC's in the C:\ICePOC\ folder.
Exception Details

Note that the bridge requires that the client/quote be bridged from Applied into TurboRater before it can be bridged from TurboRater into Applied. If not done this way, the bridge out of TurboRater will result in the error "A required field 'EXT' is missing from the integration file." See also FAQ 1063.
