Question / Issue

What is the Ignored selection on drivers and vehicles?

Answer / Solution

Oftentimes insureds will ask "What is it with or without that driver or vehicle?" To easily accomodate their request, without having to delete and completely re-enter the driver or vehicle information, you can simply select "Ignored" as the Driver or Car type. Then to rate with the driver or vehicle again, simply change back to "Rated".
