The Company Ranking feature gives your agency the ability to specify which companies you would like to have listed on the top of the comparison screen regardless of how the companies are sorted.  For example, if you wanted to make sure you looked at XYZ Insurance Company's rates every time, regardless if XYZ' offered the lowest rates in comparison to your other companies, you could elect to have XYZ appear on the top of the list on the comparison screen everytime you rated.

Other reasons agencies rank carriers include preferred commission arrangements, coverage offerings, service levels, relationships, and so on.
