How do I bridge to Record Guardian? |

You must be an Administrator to do this.
- Go to Administration and click on Edit Agency Management Options
- You will need to enter a name in the Agency Management Option Name field in the upper left.
- Scroll down the list and place a check in the box to the left of Record Guardian
- If Record Guardian is not listed, customers will need to speak to their sales rep to have it added to their account.
- Now click on Additional Information
- You may need to make an edit to the Executable Name/URL: field, please refer to Record Guardian for up to date information regarding what URL you need to use.
- Per some recent (May 2021) changes from Record Guardian: URL needs to omit the www at the beginning. (e.g., https://n4.rgsafe.com/vendor/tt2_import.php)
- Enter your Record Guardian Customer ID in the Account Number field.
- In the Username field enter in this - turborater
- In the Password field enter in this - itc123
- Click on OK, then Save Options, and then hit Exit Administration.
- You will need to contact Record Guardian to have them allow for bridging to TurboRater (this can be done before or after setting up Record Guardian in TurboRater).
- You should now be able to bridge to Record Guardian when bridging an Auto quote.
- As of right now this bridge is for Auto Only
