Question / Issue |
What is the Data Entry Quality Report? |
Answer / Solution |
The Data Entry Quality Report is located under the Producers / Cust Serv Reps section in the Advanced Reports. This report provides a quick and easy way for an agency owner or manager to verify their producers and/or customer service representatives are asking and gathering crucial information needed for your agency's marketing activities. The data entered into the following fields can be easily monitored:
This report will show you if your producers are simply leaving these fields blank or at a default value each time. For example, as shown in the screenshot below, the lead source entries made by Abraham, Brian, and Carla vary enough that they have a decent distribution between Website, Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Email Marketing, Customer Referral, and Dealer Referral lead sources. This is indicated by the broad array of colors displayed in the bar graph to the right of their names. Yet, Dana Yount answers "Dealer Referral" for every quote she enters. Now, if Dana only did quotes for leads coming from Dealers, this would be acceptable. However, if Dana is quoting leads coming in from various sources, it is clear she is not taking the time to ask and enter the lead source each quote is coming from. |
