1. Please check your spam folder or black list in case it was sent here 2. Please check to verify the email address is correct in your user setup. - Log into the Turborater Web Site - Select Administration - Select Edit Current User Please verify the email address listed here is correct. Also verify you have the option for Agency Report Card selected. If you are not an Agency of Location Administrator, please contact them to verify this information. |
