How an Agency or Location Admin can unlock a user's account |
Answer / Solution |
When a user attempts to login into TurboRater 5 times with an incorrect password, the user will be locked out of TurboRater for 5 minutes. However, as an Agency or Location Administrator, you can unlock the user's account without having to wait the 5 minutes. To do this: 1. Click on List Users in the Administration menu 2. Edit the user you wish to unlock 3. Update Status from Locked Out to Active 4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the box to save and close this screen.
