Per Alfa, they have been getting numerous reports for the last 3 months on this error and they are working with Microsoft to get a fix.  There is no ETA on when it will be fixed but it is a known issue and there is no workaround (if the reboot does not fix it).  

What does this mean:  For customers who get this error, they will have to manually reenter everything on Alfa’s site if they really want to write that line of business or use another pc.
