If you want the user to choose which system to bridge to in each quote:

1.      Go to the Administration menu and select List Agency Management Options.

2.       Click on the Add New AMS Options button.

3.       Enter a descriptive name to call this Agency Management configuration in the Agency Management Option Name box.

4.    Select each agency management system you will be using by placing a check mark next to the name under the Active column.

6.    To close the screen, click on the Exit Administration button.

7.       Go to the Administration menu and select List Users.

8.       Click on the Edit button next to each applicable user (one at a time).  

9.    In the middle of the screen, in the  Agency Management Options entry field, select the name you chose for the Agency Management Option Name and then click on Submit. 

10.  To close the screen click on the Exit Administration button.

If you want to assign a separate Agency Management System to each location:

1.       Go to the Administration menu and select List Agency Management Options.

2.       Click on the Add New AMS Options button. (See screen shot above).

3.       Enter a descriptive name to identify the first Agency Management configuration in the Agency Management Option Name box. (See screen shot above).

4.       Select the first agency management system you will be using by placing a check mark next to the name. (See screen shot above).

5.       Click on Save Options when completed.

6.    To Close the screen, click on the Exit Administration button.

7.       Repeat Steps 3 – 6 for each management system.

8.       Go to Administration menu and select List Locations.

9.       Click on the Edit button next to each applicable location (one at a time). 

10.  Near the bottom of the screen, in the Agency Management Options entry field, select the applicable name you chose for the Agency Management Option Name and then click on Submit.

11.  To close the screen click on the Exit Administration button.

12.    Go to the Administration menu and select List Users.

13.   Click on the Edit button next to each applicable user (one at a time).  In the middle of the screen, in the Agency Management Options entry field, select Use Location Agency Management Options and then click on Submit.

14.  To close the screen click on the Exit Administration button.
