National General message "Agent is not authorized to sell Plan Code." |
Answer / Solution |
If Nat Gen returns an error that states "Agent is not authorized to sell Plan Code" or "Partner Plan is missing for agent": This means that the agency's account (producer code) is not connected to the plan code that the Nat Gen program you're trying to rate uses; or that your account is not setup correctly. This will vary from state to state. If you receive this error message check with your National General marketing Rep or Nat Gen Technical support/Account Services to double check what plans/programs you are able to write for.
