How to change the agency address:

1. Go to the Edit menu and select Agency Information.
2. Enter your changes.
3. Click on Apply and OK to save and exit the screen.

NOTE: Be sure that you contact ITC with any agency changes such as agency name, address, phone number, email address, etc.  The program may not validate properly and therefore prevent you from accessing the program if the address entered in the program is different than what ITC has in your agent record.
