ID card password protection:

1. Go to the Edit menu and select Options or click on the icon that looks like a gear on the toolbar.
2. Click on the Quote Entry tab.
3. On the right side of the screen, click in the box next to Require Password to Print ID Cards.
4. You will then need to enter a Password (this is case sensitive) and then enter it in the Confirm Password field.
5. Once this is entered any time you attempt to print an ID card, this password will be required.
6. If you need to change the password, you will need to go back into the Options and uncheck this feature.  You will be required to enter your password.  Then re-check this option and then enter your new password.
