Answer / Solution |
 |
ID card password protection:
- Go to the Edit menu and select Options or click on the icon that looks like a gear on the toolbar.
- Click on the Quote Entry tab.
- On the right side of the screen, click in the box next to Require Password to Print ID Cards.
- You will then need to enter a Password (this is case sensitive) and then enter it in the Confirm Password field.
- Once this is entered any time you attempt to print an ID card, this password will be required.
- If you need to change the password, you will need to go back into the Options and uncheck this feature. You will be required to enter your password. Then re-check this option and then enter your new password.
