Options to set for program start up:

1. Go to the Tools menu and select Options or click on the icon that looks like a gear on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
2. On the General tab you will see a section called Program Start Up with selections:
   • Prompt for quote to open - this will open the program with the Select a quote to open screen (this is the screen that displays all of your saved quotes).  
   • Automatically create a new quote - this will automatically open the program to a new quote based on your default quote template.
   • Neither - opens the program to a blank screen.
3. Click in the circle to place a black dot next to the option that you want.
4. Click on Apply and OK to save and exit this screen.

NOTE: The Options screen selections are stored on a per machine basis.  This means that if one user sets the program to open one way, it won't affect users who prefer another.
