What do I do when I get this error message: "The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL"

Answer / Solution

Steps to fix the error message:

Run a search on your computer for the file PSAPI.dll.
- Click on the Start button and select Search and enter this file name.
Once you find this file (it may find more than one), rename it to something like PSAPI.old.

NOTE: Do Not rename this file that you will find in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 path.
