| How do I set up and install the MAP General Agency bridge? |

- You will need to log on to the company's website to download the bridge file.
- Click here to access the website now to begin the download process.
- On the MAP General Agency website, after you log in, click on the AGENT button at the top of the screen.
- Then click on ITC Bridge.
- Click on Run on the File Download - Security Warning box.
- Also click on Run on the Internet Explorer - Security Warning box.
- When the Winzip Self-Extractor - FalconBridgeITC[1].exe box appears, click on the Setup button.
- The ITC Bridge Setup screen will then come up. Click on OK.
- In the ITC Bridge Setup box, click on the button in the left side of the screen that looks like a computer.
- From the ITC Bridge - Choose Program Group box, click on Continue.
- Once the installation process is complete, a confirmation box will appear, click on OK.
- You can now bridge to MAP General Agency from the Comparative Rater.
