| Some of the icons on my toolbar are duplicated or grayed out on the desktop version of TurboRater. How do I fix this? |

This is caused by a conflict with a screen resolution of less than 1024 X 768. You will need to go into your system properties and change this.
- Right click anywhere in a clear area on your desktop.
- From the menu, select Properties.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- In the Screen Resolution section move the dial towards More to get to the higher resolution.
- Once you've reached at least 1024 X 768, click on Apply then OK.
