How to delete a quote template:

1. Close all open quotes and have all users exit the Comparative Rater.
2. Click on the Tools menu and select Quote Management.  From the submenu, select Delete Quotes.  Or  click on the file cabinet icon from the toolbar and select Delete Quotes.
3. This will open the Delete Quotes screen.
4. Click on the dropdown list in the Deletion Type entry field and select Quote Templates.
5. Click on the List button at the bottom of the screen.
6. You will see a list of all templates you created (the ITC Default template will not display and cannot be deleted).
7. Place a checkmark next to the templates that you wish to delete (you can use the Select/Unselect All Quotes option).
8. Once you have checkmarked all templates that you wish to delete, click on the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.
9. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the selected items.
10. You will be taken back to the Delete Quotes screen, to verify it has deleted all of your templates click on the List button again to list the templates you have chosen not to delete.
11. Click on Done to exit the screen.
