1. You will need to download the bridge file from First Chicago.    
2. Click here to access the PTS website. You do not need to log into the PTS website. Pop-up Blockers may need to be turned off. 
3. Click on the "Click here if you need to download the latest ITC comparative rater bridge link." Below you will see the picture that shows you what you need to click.

5. This will open a new browser window for you to select the State and Comparative Rater vendor.
6. Once you have made your selections, click on the Download button.

8. Click on Run on the File Download – Security Warning box that appears.

10.  From the Internet Explorer – Security Warning box, click on Run.

12.  When the WinZip Self-Extractor – JPHoldings_install[1].exe appears, click on the Unzip button on the upper right side of the screen (we suggest that you not change the default path for the unzip).

14. You will receive a message that the files have been unzipped successfully, click OK.
15. The XImport Utility will begin. On the Welcome screen, click on Next.

17. Click on Yes on the Software License Agreement screen.

19. Click on Browse on the Choose Destination Location screen. Check the path. It MUST be C:\Program Files\Ximport20\JPHoldings. If you see the correct path simply click OK.

    If you have a 64 bit operating system you will need to change the installation path. Simply place your cursor at the end of parentheses and backspace over (x86) so that the path displayed is now:  C:\Program Files\Ximport20\JPHoldings. Click OK once you have corrected the path.

    The following screen shots show the steps on how to change the path when the computer is a 64 bit operating system:

20. Click on Next on the Select Program Folder screen.

22. On the Setup Complete screen, click on Finish. 
23. You will now be able to bridge to First Chicago from the ITC Comparative Rater.

NOTE: If your bridge does not work after you've completed the installation of this bridge, it is possible that the files that were extracted from the zip file installation did not copy to the JPHoldings folder. You will then need to do the following:

  1.  Open My Computer.

  2.  Double click on your C: drive and then on the Temp folder.

  3.  Highlight all files in this folder (left click on the first one and then hold down your Shift key and click on the last one in the list).

  4.  Right click on any highlighted file and select Copy.

  5.  Then click your Back button to go back to your C: drive.

  6.  Double click to open the Program Files folder, then the XIMport20, then JPHoldings.

  7.  Right click on an open area and choose Paste.

  8.  Close My Computer. You will now be able to bridge to First Chicago from the ITC Comparative Rater.
