Comparative Rater and old rates:

The Comparative rater does not automatically remove old rates when new rates are installed.  ITC leaves it up to the agent to remove the old rates.

The reason why you want to remove old rates if you are no longer using them is that it will slow down the rating time of the program even if you have them turned off in the Company Setup screen.
