McAfee firewall configuration:

1. Go to the Firewall settings.
2. Select Trusted and Banned IPs.
3. Click on Add and enter both of ITC's server IP addresses as a trusted site:
   • 206.132.123.20
   • 63.241.231.13
4. Click Apply and OK to close the screen.
