I get this message: " / / is not a valid date" when I open the Comparative Rater, what can I do to get rid of it? |
Answer / Solution |
|
" / / is an invalid date" message:
- This means that the validation file is corrupt or did not get written to properly.
- Have all users exit the Comparative Rater.
- Right click on your Comparative shortcut and select Properties.
- Click on the Find Target button.
- This will take you to a view of the main Comparative Rater folder.
- Search for the ####.vld (the only file in this folder with 4 numbers and a .vld extension - each state has a different number in front of the .vld extension).
- Right click and delete this file.
- When you open the Comparative Rater, this error message should be gone.
