Question / Issue

Why is the Quote Template selection greyed out at the user level?

Answer / Solution

A default quote template can be assigned at the Agency level or the User level. Any template assigned at the Agency Level will over-ride the User Level. For questions or concerns concerning a template defaulted at the Agency Level, please contact your Agency Admin.
