    | To change wheather or not this drop down is required to be answered do the following: 
    You must be logged into TurboRater as an Agency Administrator.Go the the Gear or Welcome menu in the upper right, and select Preferences.Click on Agency to the left.On the first row of buttons, click on Policy Bound.Change the setting on "Require Carrier by Carrier Bound/Not Bound Reason" to Yes or No.Click on Save.Click on Close to exit preferences.
