Neither American Heartland nor United Equity have an actual bridge.  To get the information over to the carrier(s):

1. From the Comparison screen, click the carrier's "Select" link.
2. From the Breakdown screen, select Forms, then Company Application.
3. Ensure that all the fields are completed accurately.
4. Click on Print/Preview Application.
5. Click Email Application, or Print the application to fax (or mail) to the carrier.
