How do I set or change permissions for users in InsurancePro? |

Setting or modifying user permissions:
- Go to the Agency Settings menu and select Manage Agents.
- To change permissions for an existing agent:
- Highlight the agent name under AGENTS/CSR
- Click on Edit Agent Info under OPTIONS
- Check or uncheck the specified option under Choose Data Access Permission
- Click on Save.
- To add a new agent and set permissions:
- Click on Add a new Agent under OPTIONS
- Enter the new agent's Name, Address, Phone, Other Notes, User ID and Password, and the Commission % or Flat Fee to be paid.
- Select the permissions to be allowed for this user.
- Click on Save.
- When all changes have been made, click on Done to close the screen.
