How do I create customized reports for my agency?

This option allows you to create customized reports for your agency.

  1. Select Custom Reports from the Agency Tools menu OR from the Agency Reporting section on the right side of the screen.
  2. Choose your report type:
    • Agent Report - Allows you to generate a report about agent performance.
    • Company Report -  Allows you to generate a report about company performance, detailing information on how much business is placed with your companies.
    • Policy Type Report -  The report groups information with respect to the type of policies written.
    • Payments Report - Allows you to generate reports on payments received or checks written.
  3. Click on Next
  4. Select the level of detail that you want to display in your report:
    • Summarized - Generates a summary report containing sums or percentages of  premiums, commissions or agency fees.
    • Detailed - Generates a detailed report including listings of each policy.
  5. Click on Next
  6. Choose the Fields that you want ot include in your report by highlighting a items from the box on the left and clicking on the Add> button.  You can arrange the fields selected by highlighting the item and clicking on the Move Up  or Move Down buttons beneath the box.  
  7. Once you have completed selecting and arranging your fields, click on the Next button.
  8. In the final step to generate the report, you can select the following options:
    • For detailed report, you can select to include policies that were created, sold, expired, or cancelled between specific dates.

    • For summary report, you can select to include policies that were created or sold between specific dates.

    • For detailed report, you can choose the field by which you want to sort the records.

    • For detailed report, you can get a list of quotes by checking "Generate report for Quotes".

    • Depending on the type of report (Agent, Company or Policy Type), you can choose to generate report for all, or just one particular agent, company or policy type.

    • You can also choose to generate the report for only a specific location.

    • Once you have chosen all the options, click on Start to view the report
