How do I generate a Renewal Policies report?

To generate a Renewal Policies report:

This report will allow you to:

  • You can choose to print reminder letters to all customers coming up for renewal,
  • Print a list of these customers to make a follow-up call,
  • Generate a report for specific policy types for renewals.
  1. From the Main Menu screen, select Daily Transactions Report.
  2. Select Period Report, and choose a date range.
  3. At the bottom right of the screen you can select:
      • Policy type
      • What to sort by
      • Agency location (if applicable)
  4. Click on Expirations at the top of the screen.
  5. A list of all policies to expire in your chosen date range will appear.
  6. Click on Print:
      • You will be asked if you want to print Reminder Letters for a clients.
      • If you click on Yes, individual letters will print for each client on the list.
      • You will also be asked if you want to print and Upcoming Renewal Report and if you want to preview it first.
  7. Click Done to exit the screen.
