Question / Issue
How do I access additional ACORD forms and display only the forms that I use for my state?

Answer / Solution

Accessing More ACORD Froms:

  1. Go to the Print Forms/Letters selection from the Policy Summary Screen.
  2. Select ACORD Forms from the Categories list.
  3. Highlight MORE ACORD FORMS from the Available Forms list and click on Select.
  4. This will bring up a list of over 500 additional forms, many state specific.
  5. Click on the Open Edit Mode to select the forms you would like to show in the ACORD forms list.  Then
  6. Then click on Close Edit Mode to now display your list selection.
      • NOTE: Clicking on the Show column will select or unselect all of the forms to either show all forms or show only the ones that you need on this list.  The Check for Updates button will allow you to check to see if you have the most updated form.
  7. You can also add any of these forms to your Favorites by right clicking on the form and selecting Add to Favorites.  If you elect this option, you will be prompted to enter a description for this form.
  8. Click Cancel to exit this screen.
