How do I export information to QuickBooks? |

To Transfer information about transactions from InsurancePro to QuickBooks:
- From the Main Menu screen, click on Options.
- Select Export Data to Quick Books (tm).
- Enter the date range to export.
- Select the Bank Account Name for the transactions you would like to export.
- NOTE: You will need to specify the Bank Account Name in QuickBooks.

You may then select other options to export such as Checks, Only Printed Checks, and Deposits.

Once you have chosen your items to export, click on Export.

You will be asked to name and select a location for the export file.

After the export has completed successfully, open QuickBooks and choose the option to import a file.

Select the location and name of the file that you exported from InsurancePro for QuickBooks to import.
**NOTE: You will have options to rename InsurancePro accounts in QuickBooks.
