To force an agent login:

1. Go to the Agency Settings menu and select Agency Information.
2. Click on Edit Agency Info.
3. Click on the box next to Logon Required at Program Startup.
4. Then click on View Agents.
5. Choose each agent and enter a User ID and Password.  At this time you may also set permissions for each agent if you have not done so already.
6. Click Done  to exit this screen.
