How do I create a quote sheet for my customer?

Answer / Solution

To create a quote sheet:

  1. From the Main Menu screen, select a policy type from the Quote Sheets menu option at the top of the screen.
    • The policy types available to create a quote sheet for are:
      • Auto
      • HOmeOwners
      • Commercial
      • Mobile Home
      • Commercial Auto or Cargo
  2. Type in the customer information in each field.
  3. To print the quote sheet, select Print from the top left of the screen.
  4. Select the printer you would like to print this quote sheet to.
  5. Once you have printed this form, click on Close at the top left of the screen.
  6. You will be asked if you want to save this form, if you click on Yes you will be asked to enter a description for the quote sheet.
  7. You will then be taken to the Policy Summary Screen where you can enter further details to add this customer to your database.
