How do I print a customer receipt?

Answer / Solution

To print a customer receipt:

  1. From the customer's Policy Summary Screen select View Payment History.
  2. Double click on the payment that you want to print a receipt for.
  3. Click on the Reprint Receipt button a the bottom right of the screen.
  4. When you have printed the receipts needed, click on Done  to exit the screen.
