How do I delete a client?

Answer / Solution

To delete a client:

  1. From the Policy Summary Screen click on the Delete Client option on the bottom right side of the screen.
  2. You will be prompted to verify that you want to delete the client by a Confirm Delete box.
  3. When the deletion has been completed, you will recieve a Delete confirmed box.
  4. Click OK to complete the process.
  5. You will be returned to the Find Existng Client screen.

NOTE: Once you delete a client, it cannot be recovered.
