How do I reactivate or undelete a delete agent/user/CSR? |

To reactivate or undelete a user:
- Click on View Deleted Agents from the Manage Agents screen.
- Select the agent/CSR that you would like to reactivate.
- Click on Undelete Agent in the OPTIONS section at the bottom left of the screen.
NOTE: The reactivated agent will have the same program access rights as they did before they were deleted.
