Question / Issue
How do I add a new Client / Policy?

Answer / Solution

 

To add a new client or policy:

  1. From the Main Menu screen of Insurance Pro, click on Add a New Policy Or from the Clients menu, select Add a New Client 
  2. On the General Information screen, Select the Policy Type and then enter the information about your insured.
    • NOTE: If you check the Enter Detailed Information box, you will be taken to each tab when clicking on the Next option to fill out detailed information on this client.  If not checked, then you will skip each tab and be taken straight to the Policy tab information screen when clicking on Next. 
  3.  Continue through each tab entering necessary information about your insured depending on what type of policy that was selected. 
  4.  When you complete the Save Client Information screen, which are your main policy details, click on Save to exit this screen.
  5.  You will be taken to the Policy Summary Screen, where you can select several options relating to this insured such as printing a form.
  6.  Click on Done to complete this setup of a new insured.
