Additional ACORD Forms:
Download the Additional ACORD Forms: Regular Version | Online Storage Version

Description: In order to use all ACORD Forms, you must install it properly first. Make sure you run this program on the server computer for InsurancePro. You do not need to install this update on any other computer on the network. This is a large file, so please be patient while it downloads. If you use the InsurancePro CD to install, you do not need this download.
Note:
After installing the forms, you must also download and install the ACORD Forms Viewer.
 

 

ACORD Forms Viewer:
Click here to download the additional ACORD Form Viewer.

Description: In order to use all ACORD Forms, you must install the ACORD Forms Reader. Make sure you run this program on all computers on the network where you plan to use additional ACORD forms. If you use the InsurancePro CD to install, you do not need this download.
Note:
Please make sure that the additional ACORD forms are also installed on the server.
 

IVANS Transfer Manager:
| IVANS Transfer Manager .Net

Description: If you plan to download transactions directly from your Insurance Company, you will need to Install and setup IVANS Transfer Manager. You can download the Transfer Manager Program from IVANS website at www.ivans.com/downloads.
 

 

Microsoft SP5 Runtime Files:

Description: The above download installs the required support files necessary for running InsurancePro properly on systems that do not have the latest security update installed. Microsoft periodically releases updates that fixes problems in their operating system design. You might not have some updates installed in your computer that are required to run InsurancePro properly. One known error is "Runtime Error 3160 - Installable ISAM could not be found". If InsurancePro exits on your computer after giving this error message, it means that you do not have the required update. Please download and install the above file to fix the error.
 

 

Scanning Support Files:
Click here to download & Install the Scanning Support Files

Description: The above download installs the required support files necessary for scanning documents and images in InsurancePro. Most Windows System come equipped with these files, but if your system does not have it installed already, or you are having problems viewing the client detail screen or having trouble in scanning images, then please download the file and install it.

  Description: Microsoft Data Access Components v2.5 or later must be installed in your system before InsurancePro can work correctly.
