    | I am updating IP and I get this error message: INTERNAL ERROR B109-11: Cannot decompress setup program.  How do I fix this? |

    To fix INTERNAL ERROR B109-11: Cannot decompress setup program: 
1)  You will need to delete your temporary internet files and cookies: 
    - Go to your browser Tools menu and select Internet Options.
 
    - On the General tab, click on the Delete button in the Browsing history section.
 
    - Depending on your browser version you will have either buttons to click on individually or boxes to check.
 
    - Select or click on the button for the following items:
    
        - Temporary Internet files
 
        - Cookies
 
        - History
 
        - If you have the option and you would like to maintain your favorites, select Preserve Favorites website data.
