How do I set up agency fees in InsurancePro?

Answer / Solution

How to set up agency fees:

  1. From the Main Menu screen, choose Options.
  2. Select Setup Agency Fee Types.
  3. The Agency Fee description in the Agency Fee Type entry field is a system default and cannot be overwritten or deleted. 
    • If you want to use the Agency Fee description, enter the amount in the Default Fee field. 
    • If you do not have or want to use the Agency Fee description, leave the Default Fee field at $0.00. 
  4. Press your Tab key to advance to the next line down and enter other fees and amounts.
  5. Once you have all of your fees entered, click on Done to close this screen.
