To back up your database:

The best way to make a backup is to copy the entire InsurancePro folder from your main computer to a CD ROM or Zip Drive.  This is meant  mainly for those using the local version of InsurancePro.

To make a compressed back up of your data through InsurancePro:

1. Click on the File menu and select Backup Data.
2. You will be asked to specifiy a location where you want to store your data, the default is the Backup folder under the InsurancePro folder.  You can select a different location by clicking on the dropdown list in the Save in entry field.
3. Once the backup has completed, you will get a confirmation of InsurancePro Backup created Successfully! click on OK.
