How do I generate a cancellation report?

Answer / Solution

To Generate a Cancellation report:

  1. From the InsurancePro Main Menu screen, go to the Agency Report section on the left side of the screen.
  2. Select Daily Transactions.
  3. Choose either Day Report and enter the date for your report, or Period Report and enter a date range.
  4. Click on the Cancellations button to display those policies that have cancelled in the date or date range you selected.
  5. At the bottom of the screen you can further refine your report by Type of policy and Location.  You may also sort by a specific column.
  6. Once your report is displayed, you can print it by clicking on the Print option at the bottom right of the screen.
  7. Click on Done to exit this screen.
