The Dell 1720dn XL printer driver is not compatible with InsurancePro.  You will need to install the Dell 1700n printer driver to use and print in InsurancePro.

1)  You can get this driver from Dell's website: http://www.dell.com/

2)  Select Drivers & Downloads under Support.

3)  You will be asked to select a Model.

4)  From the Product Family, select Printers.

5)  Select Printer from the Product line.

6)  From the Product Model select 1700/1700n (Laser).

7)  Confirm the product model.

8)  You will be taken to the page for Driver downloads.
