How do I creat a new policy for an existing client by duplicating the information?

Answer / Solution

How to create a new policy for an existing client:

  1. Open the customer's existing policy.
  2. Click on the Other Policies button at the bottom left of the Policy Summary Screen.
  3. Select Create a New policy for this Client by Duplicating Information link at the bottom of the screen.
  4. When the Client Information screen comes up you will see the information from the existing policy such as the insured name, address, phone, etc.
  5. You may now select your Policy Type and other details for this new policy for your client.
